Terms and Conditions for CHAXEL Nexus

Welcome to CHAXEL Nexus. By accessing our services, enrolling in our courses, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. The Nature of Our Services
CHAXEL Nexus is an educational and consultancy platform. We provide access to digital content, expert-led workshops, coaching, and data-driven business strategies.
2. Fund Management and Payment Processing
No Holding of Client Funds: CHAXEL Nexus is not a financial institution, escrow service, or digital wallet provider. We do not "hold" money on behalf of users for future use or peer-to-peer transactions.
Direct Payment: All payments made to CHAXEL Nexus are for the direct purchase of specific services or educational materials. Once a transaction is completed, the funds are processed for the delivery of that specific service.
Third-Party Processors: We use secure third-party payment gateways. CHAXEL Nexus does not store your credit card or banking credentials.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
CHAXEL Nexus maintains a strict No Refund Policy to protect the proprietary nature of our intellectual property and the operational costs of our personalized coaching.
3.1 No General Refunds
Except as explicitly stated in Section 3.2, all sales are final. Since our services often involve the immediate delivery of digital assets, proprietary data, or scheduled expert time, we cannot offer refunds for:
Change of mind or personal "buyer’s remorse."
Partial completion of a course or workshop.
Inability to attend a live session (recordings may be provided where applicable).
3.2 Conditions Under Which Refunds May Be Issued
While we generally do not offer refunds, CHAXEL Nexus may, at its sole discretion or as required by law, issue a refund or service credit under the following specific circumstances:
Service Non-Delivery: If CHAXEL Nexus cancels a scheduled workshop or coaching session and is unable to provide a suitable alternative date within 30 days.
Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical error on our platform prevents a user from accessing purchased content for more than 7 consecutive business days, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Legal Requirement: In jurisdictions where local consumer protection laws mandate a "cooling-off" period, refunds will be processed strictly according to those legal statutes, provided the service has not yet been "consumed" (e.g., digital content has not been downloaded or viewed).
4. Refund Procedure
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions in Section 3.2:
Submit a written request to support@chaxelnexus.com within 7 days of the issue.
Include your proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the claim.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14–21 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
CHAXEL Nexus shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred by users following the application of our business strategies. Our services are educational, and results depend on individual implementation and market conditions
